Industry leading percentage-based pay package! Earn more with less miles and reduce your maintenance and fuel costs! Seventy-five percent (75%) of the total revenue paid to you semimonthly. Consistent weekly schedule: drive weekdays, reset at home on weekends.

Qualifications
- A truck capable of pulling 63,500 KG.
- At least 6 months experience driving Super B combination including backing up.
- No grain experience? No problem! We will train those with the right driving experience.
- A great attitude with a superior work ethic.
Key responsibilities
- Operate your own truck to safely transport freight to assigned destinations on schedule.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and required documentation.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or route changes.
- Ensure freight is properly secured and handled according to company and customer requirements.
- Follow all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with cargo handling as needed.
