Part of the Technology Support team, this position is responsible for support of all technologies in use throughout the organization in multiple sub companies and locations. Provides first contact and escalation support. All requests should be resolved immediately or through research. Support requests that cannot be resolved will be escalated. Support will be provided through the corporate ticket system, email, telephone and in person.

Responsibilities
- Identification and purchase of new computer equipment.
- Provide computer hardware support, maintenance and training.
- Provide software support and training.
- Provide support for corporate wireless devices.
- Provide support of email troubleshooting.
- Document all support activities in the Help Desk support application.
- Maintenance of user accounts in all applications.
- Assignment and assistance with technology projects.
- Coordination of vendor support for applications and hardware.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a network administration position
- Degree or certificate in technology support
