HR Admin Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR administrative assistant to join our ambitious Human Resources dream team!

Your job will be to provide support the work of HR department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business’ employees, but you will also be involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees where required.


  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by entering hours and new hire information into the system.
  • Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity.
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
  • Create reports for senior management.
  • Cover the reception area when required.

Requirements and skills-

  • Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant preferred.
  • At least 1 year of HR or Payroll experience preferred.
  • Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
  • Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
