We have an immediate opening for a motivated, hardworking Millwright with experience in construction and agriculture to work at our site in Assiniboia, SK.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and test machinery and specialized equipment
- Perform fabrication, fitting, and minor welding as required
- Service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Operate equipment
- Work safely at heights and around heavy equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and work effectively within a team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of millwright experience in construction, industrial, or agricultural settings
- Experience with fabrication and fitting
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Physically fit and able to consistently lift 50+ lbs.
- Able to work in extreme conditions (cold, heat, dust, and dirty environments)
- Willing to travel and work away from home (10 days on / 4 days off)
- Experience in grain terminals or feed mills is considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license
